Tenant Satisfaction Survey
Every three years we conduct a large scale tenant satisfaction survey, asking tenants their opinions on a wide range of housing-related topics. This survey is conducted through tenant interviews, which take place in the tenant's home. The 2022 survey was undertaken by Knowledge Partnership, and the full report can be downloaded below.
