Key Tenant

The Key Tenant Scheme was introduced in April 2017 and tenants can receive a £10, £20 or £30 discount off their rent every month. This rent discount will not affect anyone's benefit entitlement, whether they receive Housing Benefit or Universal Credit to help cover their rent.
