Housing Officer Areas

Each area has a named Housing Officer who deals with Tenancy Management for that area.  Each Housing Officer splits their work week between:

out of the office, carrying out visits and inspections in their area, signing up new tenants, etc

in the office, e.g. preparing for allocation or exchange sign ups, liaising with ELC's social work department, attending office based meetings with other staff or tenants*, etc

covering the Housing Officer duty phone line, to deal with tenants from any area who need Housing Officer assistance over the phone
