Housing Officer Areas

Each area has a named Housing Officer who deals with Tenancy Management for that area.  Each Housing Officer splits their work week between:

Out of the office:

• carrying out visits and inspections in their area,
• signing up new tenants, etc

In the office, e.g. preparing for allocation or exchange sign ups:

• liaising with ELC's social work department,
• attending office based meetings with other staff or tenants*, etc
• covering the Housing Officer duty phone line, to deal with tenants from any area who need Housing Officer assistance over the phone
