Consultation & Information
We will consult you before making significant changes to our services or policies, such as proposed increases in rent or service charges, or the introduction of new policies or services.
We also consult tenants on small day-to-day issues like options for resolving parking disputes - these may be a simple form in your My Home account.
Taking part in consultations and surveys gives you a say in how we do things. If we are consulting on a change in policy, and a majority of our tenants oppose the change, then our Management Committee have to take those opinions into consideration.
