Care of Neighbourhoods

We try to make sure that all of our estates are nice places to live. Our staff check communal areas regularly to make sure the standard is acceptable, carry out regular estate inspections, and address any problems which arise from these. We also operate a garden care scheme.

We operate a stair cleaning contract in many of our stairs for which residents are required to pay a service charge. We monitor this contract on a regular basis to ensure that the work is being carried out satisfactorily. We will carry out an annual satisfaction survey of this contract to obtain tenant's views and to ensure a high level of service is being achieved.
