Assurance Statement
Every year we are required to send an Assurance Statement to the Scottish Housing Regulator, confirming that we comply with our regulatory framework (or setting out any action we need to take to ensure we comply). We update our Assurance Statement whenever something significant happens in relation to our compliance with the standards we need to meet, or at least once a year if there haven’t been any major changes.
