World First! Our new Basket of Repairs Service

We're used to introducing brand new services and often talk about our "UK firsts", but we don't think anyone anywhere in the housing or construction industries has ever been able to offer a service like this before!  Although simple to use, a huge amount of work has gone on behind the scenes in order to make this happen, so we're really proud of this one, and we hope you like it too.

You can order several repairs, add them to your basket, and if they’re all for the same trade, for example, a joiner, those repairs will be rolled into one single appointment.  If you’ve ordered repairs for different trades, for example, a joiner to fix your squeaky floorboards and a plumber to take a look at that rattling radiator, you’ll get the option for them to call in the same timeslot, or same day (depending on availability).  The numbers in the screenshot below refer to each trade and you can quickly and easily see where multiple trades are able to call during the same appointment timeframe:
