These Homes – 5,000 Lettings

In 2021 we, as part of a collective of seven Scottish Housing Associations, launched These Homes. These Homes is a Digital Lettings service designed by Housing Online, who also developed elha.com and My Home.
The Collective have since been joined by many other Housing Associations, providing affordable housing across Scotland, and have now reached the milestone of 5,000 allocations across The Collective, 360 of which have been ELHA homes.
These Homes has over 25,000 active registrations (just under 4,000 of which are looking for a home in East Lothian), with an average satisfaction score of 8.2/10.
