This is the application form to join the exchange list - if you have found someone you want to exchange with please complete the forms on the Applying for a Mutual Exchange page

Some landlords may have restrictions in place for some properties, e.g. no works vans, no pets, etc. Please include this information on your form, and check if a home you want to move to has any restrictions before applying for an exchange.

If you are already on the list and would like to make changes to your application, please use the change form.
