Housing Perks is so simple to use and available to all our Bronze, Gold and Platinum Key Tenants – just sign up with your tenancy number and start saving straight away.

Housing Perks works by downloading a voucher for the amount you spend (this doesn’t have to be rounded up or down, you can create vouchers to the exact pounds and pence of your purchase), but you only pay the discounted amount for your voucher.

So, if you want to spend £100 and the discount is 10%, you create a voucher for £100 but it only costs you £90. You make the saving right there and then!
